The 2006 Covenant, another
full-bodied, full-throttle, kosher Cabernet Sauvignon is deep
ruby/purple, pure, rich, broad, and savory, with a bit more up-front
charm and possibly slightly less structure than the 2005. But again,
it is a classic from Napa and should age easily for a decade or
more.
Jeff Morgan continues to make one of the finest kosher wines on
